What to do when your lease comes to an end
When it comes to handing back your lease vehicle there are a few steps you will need to carry out ahead of the collection date.
Arrange a collection
It is your responsibility to arrange the collection of your vehicle. You can do this by emailing our collection agency who will confirm the collection date with you in advance.

Check the condition
Assess your vehicle for any damage that may be considered outside of 'Fair Wear and Tear'. Your vehicle will be assessed against the BVRLA Industry Fair Wear and Tear Standards. Please view the guide below for more information on what is considered to be fair, wear and tear.
Inspection and Collection
Watch our video guide below to understand what happens on inspection day, so you can prepare your vehicle ahead of your appointment.
Once booked, please be aware that there is a charge for any aborted or cancelled collections:
- Vehicles in a non-roadworthy condition (please refer to the return guide for more information)
- amendments or cancellations after 12pm the prior working day prior to your scheduled appointment
