To complete the form, we will need contact details, proof of payment for £25 admin fee and a clear scan of both sides of the most recent Retention document / Certificate of Entitlement with the registration number of the vehicle currently held by us entered in Section 1 in PDF Format.

Please ensure you are in a position to complete these steps before completing this request form.

Please be aware, that the Cherished Plate will be registered under Mitsubishi HC Capital UK Plc whilst it is on our vehicle as we hold the V5. It does not mean that we have any interest in taking ownership of your plate.

When retained the Grantee will be ourselves and we will provide guidance on how you can get this changed if required.

To complete the form, we will need contact details, proof of payment for £105 admin fee, which includes the DVLA fee of £80, and a postal address to send V778 to on completion of this form.

You can pay the £25 fee in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Online Payment
1 Visit www.paynovuna.co.uk
2 Leave the account number field blank
3 Enter both the age-related plate and the private plate registration numbers
4 Enter the amount: £25
5 Complete the billing details
6 In the “Comments” section, write: Cherished Plate Transfer
7 Proceed to payment. A receipt will be emailed to the address you provide
